Do I need to know how to work on a website to maintain mine?
No. After delivery you get access to the Blokix dashboard, which works by drag and drop. Changing a text, a photo or a price takes seconds, and publishing is one click. If you use Instagram, you can use Blokix.
What if I’d rather you make the changes?
No problem. Every plan includes WhatsApp support and you can ask our team for small tweaks. The dashboard is there to give you independence, not to force you to do everything yourself.
How long does it take to have the site ready?
On average 7 business days from when you send the content (text, logo and photos). Simpler sites are ready in 3 to 4 days; larger sites with many pages can take a little longer.
Is the site mine? Can I take it with me?
The content and the domain are always yours. The site runs on the Blokix platform while you’re a client; if you leave, we export the static files of your site for you to host wherever you like.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. We handle the DNS setup and point your domain to the server with no downtime.
Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?
No lock-in. The plan is monthly (or yearly with a discount) and you can cancel whenever you want, directly with us.
What exactly does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, domain, SSL certificate, backups, platform security updates, the editing dashboard and support. You don’t pay for hosting or technical maintenance separately.
